By submitting your phone number through any of our forms or advertisements, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from BlueBerry Media. These messages may include follow-up communications, appointment reminders, and marketing messages related to our services.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
Clients engaging BlueBerry Media for marketing services agree to:
BlueBerry Media does not guarantee specific results from any marketing campaign. Results vary based on industry, budget, market conditions, and client responsiveness. Any case studies or examples shared are illustrative and not guarantees of future performance.
Service fees are due as agreed in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
All content, designs, copy, and systems created by BlueBerry Media remain the intellectual property of BlueBerry Media until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their business purposes.
BlueBerry Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior 30 days.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. BlueBerry Media reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these terms or engages in unlawful activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
